Our mushrooms come exclusively from organic farms around the world. They are cultivated to the highest standards, meeting EU regulations for "Certified Organic." They are grown in clean environments without the use of pesticides or herbicides.

At Mushi LAB, we only use mushroom extracts. This ensures the highest possible potency and purity of the supplement. Our mushrooms are harvested and dehydrated, leaving behind mushroom powder. The mushroom powder undergoes hot water extraction, concentrating all the beneficial compounds into a rich extract.

Other mushroom products made with mycelial grain don't have the same amount of polysaccharides and other beneficial compounds. Mushroom products made with only mushroom powder aren't as concentrated as extracts, so they aren't as effective.

All of our mushrooms are tested for purity and potency. We analyze them for heavy metals, microbial contamination, and active compounds such as polysaccharides and beta-glucans in a GMP-certified German facility.

For optimal results, it's advisable to consistently incorporate functional mushroom supplements into your daily routine. This allows your body to adapt to the beneficial compounds present in mushrooms, thus maximizing the potential benefits you may experience.

Lion's Mane is best taken in the morning or at noon. It's ideal to start the day or before training. It's best to avoid taking Lion's Mane at night, as it can interfere with regular sleep patterns.
